I completed reading "Dhathree Devatha". It is a good novel, but doesn't have the epic qualities of "Gana Devatha", Tharashankar's more famous work. It lacks the flow. Still it is good for a first time reading. There are some nice portrayals like Shailaja Thakkurani, Gowri etc.
A quote I found in this book: "Property is theft. Because it enables him who has not produced to consume the fruits of other peoples toil". This is attributed to Joseph Proudhon and searching in the web took me to the site http://cepa.newschool.edu/~het/profiles/proudhon.htm.
